This week Patricia Sanchez invited me to participate in episode 23 of her podcast "Ser Coach y no morir en el intento" through an interview. As a supervising coach and coach mentor, one of the key topics we discussed in our talk was the ICF certification process.

In this meeting we talked about the relevance of becoming certified in terms of professionalization and credibility in the eyes of our clients, or the importance of having a support network to help us in terms of visibility. We also delve into the most relevant steps and requirements established by ICF to grant the credential, such as specific training, experience with clients, having had mentor coaching and the competency exam. In addition, in the interview we discussed topics such as my work as a coach coach coach or the key competencies of this profession, among others.

I leave you the complete podcast so you can listen to it, enjoy!
