There is a great diversity of experience in the coaching community, and when I talk to colleagues in the profession, I am always amazed at the specialties I discover in them, the result of their previous training, their life and professional experience and their training as coaches.

There are times when I hear them talk enthusiastically about processes where they feel they are doing something important by connecting with their values. Often, though, these processes don't take up much time in their work schedule. At other times, it is not clear exactly what it is that makes our intervention truly unique. What part of our expertise brings us the most energy and satisfaction and what differentiates us from others, and deserves to be put at the service of the people and companies that are looking for it.

I propose to work together in a coaching process for entrepreneurship, a coaching process for coaches, so that your favorite projects cease to belong to the realm of professional leisure - which we do occasionally and sometimes even pro bono - and become a professional project of your own, mature and differentiated.
