I am Nadia

I was born in Belgium and since I was a child I was already attracted by "the foreign" as that which I could not understand but, at the same time, I was determined to decipher. That is why I dedicated my university years to study philology and that is what has moved me to live in many places around the world.

Over time, I have realized that this attraction was not for the "foreign" in itself, but for the need to connect with others. Because it is in the encounter between people that one can discover, understand, learn and grow: to create something new.

The human being is a being of encounter and our nature is relational.

Coaching has meant for me, precisely, the opportunity to value the encounter as the engine of human development.

From this vital concern is born my commitment to care for and explore the nature of the coaching relationship and the people involved, while generating new encounters. A work of deepening that I consider fundamental so that, between all of us, we can turn coaching into a true path of growth.

PUBLICATIONS

DIALOGIC COACHING

LID Editorial

Dialogic Coaching understands that human beings are creative by nature and have the resources to face all kinds of challenges. Together with Susana Alonso and 5 other collaborators, we have published the first book on the Dialogic Coaching method, which gathers a decade of experience of the Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral of the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria. Its pages appeal to the power of the encounter as the key to high-impact coaching and to astonishment as a basic attitude in the relationship with the coachee.
