Mentor Coaching for ICF Credential Renewal

And make a qualitative leap in your coaching

Earning a credential as an ACC, PCC or MCC coach from ICF is quite an accomplishment, and I'm sure you remember well the effort and time you had to put in to earn it! To ensure that certified coaches are active and working to improve as professionals, every 3 years the credential must be renewed, and evidence of continuing professional development activities must be provided.

In total the coach must submit 40 hours of continuing development, or 40 CCEs. There are many activities that can be submitted for renewal, and one of them is Mentor Coaching. Specifically, 10 hours of mentor coaching can be submitted in total. In addition, for ACC coaches, it is a requirement to submit mentor coaching hours in order to renew the credential.

It is an excellent opportunity to reconnect with coaching competencies and discover the levers of a more challenging coaching for you as a coach, and for your clients .

Individual orientation call
3 sessions of Mentor Coaching Group Online (2,5h each) or 1 face-to-face group session(7h)
2 Individual Mentor Coaching sessions of 1 h each - ZOOM
Evaluation of 2 recordings of actual sessions

Practice group to carry out the recorded sessions
Personalized individual advice to review your ICF renewal dossier
Mentor Coaching hours certificate valid for ICF credential renewal.

10 hours: 7 hours Group Workshop and 3 hours individual Mentor Coaching

ACCREDITATION

You will get 10 hours of mentoring.

ICF requires 10 hours of mentoring to renew a credential, of which at least 3 hours must be one-on-one.

COST

Price: 1.060 €.

DATES

Group session: Friday, September 27, 2024, from 10.00-18.00h, in face-to-face format in MADRID.

Place: Estrado Centro Empresarial, Calle de Zurbarán 8. Madrid (Metro Alonso Martínez).

Individual sessions are online and will be arranged with each coach.

Group: Minimum 3, maximum 4 coaches
Method of payment: 100 euros for reservation of place, balance before the start of the workshop
Workshop for 2 coaches available on request +20%.
