COACH SUPERVISION

Coaching for coaches

What do you do when you are concerned about an aspect of a coaching process you are undertaking?
With whom do you test the effectiveness of your professional practice?
How do you continue to build and deepen your capacity as a coach over the years?

I invite you to get to know the space for support, self-discovery and professional development offered by a Coach Supervision Group.

  • You will enjoy a safe space to share and reflect on questions that arise from the work you do with your clients.

  • You will become aware of possible blind spots and patterns that interfere with your work.

  • You will discover new ways of working, achieve better results and enjoy the process more.

FOR WHOM

The work is aimed at experienced Professional Coaches:

  • Independent or internal coaches
  • Executive Coaches
  • Team Coaches
  • Life Coaches
  • Mentors

Minimum experience 100h and 3 active clients
Professional experience will be taken into account in the formation of the groups.

PROCESS

This group will be facilitated by Nadia Peeters.

The supervisor facilitates the group dynamics and creative exploration exercises:
1.- We create the confidentiality agreement and rules of participation
2.- Participants present cases from their practice
3.- The group chooses the cases to be discussed
4.- The group reflects on the cases using creative supervision models, providing questions and observations to broaden awareness
5.- The supervisee draws conclusions and learnings from the case
6.- The group may divide in two to do creative activities

ONLINE GROUP (SPANISH)

DEVELOPMENT

The process consists of six 2-hour sessions over eight months. Groups will have a maximum of 5 participants.

Consecutive groups are organized to allow continuity of supervision for coaches seeking periodic support.

ACCREDITATION

You will get 12 hours of continuing education valid as CCE for renewing the credentials of ICF and EMCC.

LOCATION

The sessions will be held on the ZOOM platform.

Group October 2025 - May 2026 (mornings): 
Wednesdays 1/10/25, 5/11/25, 14/1/26, 25/2/26, 8/4/26 and 20/5/26 from 9.30-11.30h (Spanish time).
IMPORTANT

Group maximum 5 coaches
Form of payment: 100 euros for reservation of place, rest before the start of the group work.

INTERNATIONAL GROUP (ENGLISH)

PROCESS

6 sessions run in English, each 2 hours long, spread over 1 calendar year. Groups of maximum 8 participants

ACCREDITATION

12 hours of CPD to renew ICF and EMCC credentials.

600 + taxes

All sessions will be held on the ZOOM platform.
