I invite you to get to know the space for support, self-discovery and professional development offered by a Coach Supervision Group.

FOR WHOM

The work is aimed at experienced Professional Coaches:

  • Independent or internal coaches
  • Executive Coaches
  • Team Coaches
  • Life Coaches
  • Mentors

Minimum experience 100h and 3 active clients
Professional experience will be taken into account in the formation of the groups.

PROCESS

The supervisor facilitates the group dynamics and exploration exercises:
1.- We create the confidentiality agreement and the rules of participation.
The participants present cases from their practice.
3.- The group chooses the cases to be treated.
4.- The group reflects on the cases using creative supervision models, providing questions and observations to broaden awareness.
The supervisee draws conclusions and learnings from the case.

ONLINE GROUP (SPANISH)

DEVELOPMENT

The process consists of five 90-minute sessions over eight months. Groups will have a maximum of 4 participants.

Consecutive groups are organized to allow continuity of supervision for coaches seeking periodic support.

ACCREDITATION

You will get 7.5 hours of continuing education valid as a CCE for ICF and EMCC credential renewal.

The sessions will be held on the ZOOM platform.

Group September 2024 - April 2025 (mornings): 
Wednesday 25/9/24, 6/11/24, 15/1/25, 26/2/25 and 9/04/25 from 9.30-11.00h (Spanish time).

Method of payment: 100 euros for reservation of place, rest before the start of group work

INTERNATIONAL GROUP (ENGLISH)

PROCESS

5 sessions run in English, each 1,5 hours long, spread over 1 calendar year. Groups of maximum 4 participants

ACCREDITATION

7.5 hours of CPD to renew ICF and EMCC credentials.

All sessions will be held on the ZOOM platform.
