Program Description

The program includes:

  1. Individual orientation call
  2. 4 sessions of Mentor Group Coaching - ZOOM (3 months)
    1. Session 1 (2,5h): Review of Core Competencies and MCC Level Requirements
    2. Session 2 and 3 (2,5h): Group practice with feedback
    3. Session 4 (1,5h): Preparation for the written examination of ICF
  3. 3 Individual Mentor Coaching sessions of 1 h each - ZOOM (3 months)
  4. Evaluation of 3 recordings of actual sessions
  5. Prework and study material
  6. Intermodular support
  7. Practice group to carry out the recorded sessions
  8. Personalized individual advice to review your application to ICF
  9. Access to ICF (ICF Credentialing Exam) preparation material .
  10. Certificate of Mentor Coaching hours valid for ICF

12 hours: 9 hours Group Workshop and 3 hours Individual Mentor Coaching

ACCREDITATION

You will get 12 hours of mentoring.

ICF requires 10 hours of mentoring to apply to MCC, of which at least 3 hours must be individual. The mentor must be a Coach MCC.

Individual sessions will be planned between the mentor and each coach.

You will get 7 hours of group mentoring.

ICF requires 10 hours of mentoring for certification renewal, of which at least 3 hours must be one-on-one.

PROMOTION
