MENTOR COACHING FOR MCC

Coaching for coaches

Do you want to become a certified CQI coach?

An MCC credential reflects your extensive experience as a coach, opening doors to high-level clients. But it is, above all, an opportunity to stretch yourself and achieve mastery and artistry in your profession. A true path of personal and professional growth.

As coaches, the continuous development of our technique and ourselves is a commitment we made when we chose this profession.

It is a professional commitment, because getting certified and renewing our certifications is a sign of professionalism and responsibility in the practice of our profession. Moving towards the CQI credential also shows a personal commitment, with our clients and with ourselves, to - even with all the experience acquired throughout our career as coaches - be self-critical, reflect on our work and seek to give the best of ourselves in our sessions.

And the best thing is that it will also make us enjoy our profession to the fullest.

I have been mentored by various mentors throughout my coaching career, from being unlicensed, to moving up through the levels of my licenses: ACC, PCC and now in the process of obtaining my MCC license.

The mentors I have hired are based in the United States, Colombia, Italy and Nadia, who lives in Spain. Each mentor has something unique and special, in the case of Nadia Peeters (she is Belgian based in Spain), what I like the most, is that in a session you learn a lot, she is direct in her communication, concrete, and more than the sole objective of achieving an accreditation or certification through mentoring with them, I consider that the relationship with Nadia provides a comprehensive learning, that is, it contributes through the interaction with her to be a better executive coach in general.

I think it is one of the best and most complete mentorships I have received, and I think it is because Nadia has been trained, she has dedicated time to service and that shows in her maturity. Also, something very important for me is the service that Nadia performs, it is a service that she does with knowledge, experience, but also with love and compassion.

CLASSROOM WORKSHOP

My experience with the Mentor Coaching Workshop has been 100% positive, it has been worth it. It is a good investment of time and gives you a very synthetic vision and integrates well the competencies in a simple scheme very easy to remember and apply, it is inspiring.

Raimon Albiol
ACC Coach

My experience with Nadia Peeters' Mentor Coaching Workshop has been refreshing. I had been "stand-by" with coaching for some time and it has been a real gift to reconnect with the practice and with some magnificent coaches. Nadia organized everything to the millimeter to make it an intensive experience and to maximize the results. The small group size allowed us to go to the root with powerful feedback and being able to observe other coaches is always extremely valuable as well. A great balance of theory, exchanges, networking, demos, practice and mentoring. This workshop is well worth the time, Nadia is a great facilitator, mentor and coach. She makes the workshop extremely professional and extremely human. A space to grow, develop, discover new horizons and deepen your coaching.

The Coach Supervisor course to become certified in ICF with Nadia Peeters has been the most fluid and enriching. Support and facilitation at all times.

Fernando Garrido,
Coach Teams, entrepreneurship ➕ LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator ➕ "I help in the aligned construction of teams".

It is a very practical workshop and conducted in a very enjoyable way. Also being in a small group allows us to create good connections and relationships in the group and nourish ourselves with everything that comes out in the workshop. Nadia is a very present person throughout the course who adapts very well what each student/coach needs or asks for. Without a doubt, I recommend investing in the development of any coach with this workshop.

Carolina Martin Decorpas,
ACC Coach

The workshop is an essential stop for any professional who wants to embark on the journey of accompaniment through coaching. It provides clarity, order and structure on how to make sessions effective and transformative for the coachee.

Ana Calero Artero

Fantastic mentor coaching workshop with Nadia Peeters. Fundamental for my development as a professional coach. We have remembered the key competencies in a very practical way and we have been able to create a meeting space where vulnerability and trust have allowed emotions and tremendously enriching and beautiful moments to emerge. My thanks to Nadia for her fantastic guidance and mentoring.

Mario Villarejo
ACC Coach

It has been a very interesting experience, both the intensive classroom format as well as the content and structure. The experience is not only intense but also very constructive and has helped me to reaffirm my identity as a coach. I found it an innovative workshop and highly recommended for all active coaches, not only to meet the requirements of ICF but also for responsibility.

Doing this workshop is a great gift that strengthens and enhances our identity as coaches, very necessary and recommended from time to time.
