  • You will become aware of possible blind spots and patterns that interfere with your work.

  • You will discover new ways of working, achieve better results, and enjoy the process more.

  • Groups will have a maximum of 8 participants and will be facilitated by two Certified Supervisors.

  • Participants will bring cases from their practice to discuss in the group. Learning will take place through the exploration of each case using the Coach Supervision methodology, the sharing of points of view and experiences, and continuous self-observation. Our supervisees share their experiences with Coaching Supervision

I have participated repeatedly in the supervision programs offered by Nadia and Louise, and I always find them to be a safe space for reflection and learning.

These sessions allow me to share with them and other coaches situations that pose a real professional challenge. The added value lies in meeting with them as moderator and with colleagues who provide me with constructive opinions and new perspectives to continue growing. I am very grateful for the creation of this environment of trust and development.

Patricia Ferrando, MCC

The coaching supervision sessions with Nadia have given me a new perspective on how to approach coaching relationships with my clients, as well as creating a space for us to take care of ourselves, share best practices, and continue to grow as coaches. Without a doubt, this is the support we were missing, and what could be better than being guided by Nadia's experience, knowledge, and expertise? I highly recommend it to all coaches.

The group supervision session with Nadia has been a real gift! In a safe learning environment that encourages you to show your strengths and vulnerabilities, I have gained some profound insights into myself thanks to Nadia's inquiring and respectful gaze and the contributions of my dear fellow coaches. I have learned while having fun and being able to laugh at myself 🙂
This is truly a practice that nourishes us and helps us grow as coaches and as people. Thank you so much, Nadia, for creating these revealing spaces for encounter!

Undertaking a meta-supervision process with Louise, based on my practice as a coach and supervisor, is undoubtedly an opportunity to begin a profound learning process about the meaning of coaching and supervision, as well as a challenge to become aware, through experience and reflection, of my own skills and competencies for improving my professional practice.

About us

We are both pioneers, travelers, enthusiasts, curious and seekers. We believe in the power of life and in people's ability to better themselves. And we have learned to ask for help. Our paths crossed because of our shared interest in supervision, but it was that deeper connection that drove us to continue exploring together. With the vision of introducing supervision in Spain, from the beginning we were inspired more by the spirit of collaboration than competition.

For us, reflecting on our coaching practice in different supervisory settings has marked a turning point in our professional development, which is why we want to share this transformative experience by creating a training program for supervisors that is recognized in Spain.
